3. How do I become a member?

We offer a private membership program for VIPs, artists, and cultural collaborators.

• Fill out the form—basic info, creative background.
• We review applications monthly and invite selected individuals.

4. Do you sell tickets directly?

Yes. We provide secure ticketing via Stripe and PayPal on our site.
Pricing and availability are on the event listings. We don't store card data ourselves—payments are handled by third-party processors.

5. What's your minimum age policy?

The Žululand events are 21+ due to venue licensing. Our age policy is clearly listed on each event page—please check before purchasing tickets.

6. How will I receive my tickets?

After purchase you’ll receive:

• A confirmation email with a PDF ticket.

• Option to add the event to your calendar (iCal/Google).

• A unique QR code OR order number to present at the door.

7. What is your refund/cancellation policy?

• Prepaid events: Refunds are allowed up to 7 days before the event.

• Later cancellations: No full refunds, but tickets are transferable.

• Event cancellation by us: Full refund or venue relocation announced in advance.

We welcome proposals from artists, promoters, and talent.
